Construction is a difficult process. Management is required from beginning to end.

To rent or to own? How do we determine the point at which it is worth while buying a piece of gear as opposed to renting or borrowing? Is their a mathematical way to determine this?

Design! It is never as fulfilling as building. And yet ... if the project is to be all that it can be, if it is to maximize its potential, be built on time with equipment on hand and materials readily available, then some time will be required to plan and dream, think and source. Ready to talk about the design phase?

We must be prepared to create the safest working environment for our employees. The bottom line is not the most important metric for a successful job.

For the next few moments, can we give some thought to what we communicate on the job? Is it an imperative that we insist that our workers implment safety even when the job may not get completed as quickly as we would prefer? How fast can an accident happen?
